What it's about
In this position, you will be part of the team responsible for the overall coordination of the investment monitoring and investment valuation process across our private equity, private debt, private infrastructure and private real estate investments. Your tasks will include:
  • Managing the investment valuation process and controlling of valuations
  • Coordination of the monitoring of primary, secondary and direct private equity, private debt, private infrastructure and private real estate investments and portfolios
  • Support and steer the management of our daily, monthly, quarterly and annual investment valuation process and controlling of valuations
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of existing monitoring, valuation and reporting tools and processes
  • Support the execution of the daily valuation process on a rotational basis

  • Interaction with various teams within Partners Group (investment teams, product accounting, client reporting, business applications etc.) as well as external parties (auditors, service providers etc.)
What we expect
  • Bachelor degree in business, accounting, finance or similar (CFA candidate or charterholder is a plus)
  • 1 - 3 years of experience within the financial industry (preferably within the area of accounting, audit, controlling or valuation)
  • A self-directed person, able to manage effectively and complete tasks within demanding timelines despite competing priorities
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Well organized, eager to learn and a good team player
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
