Responsibilities
Requirement
- Assist in the review of loan applications and negotiation with clients
- Prepare tentative term sheet and perform preliminary analysis on loan structure and risks & returns of the proposed loan
- Perform KYC and AML checking on borrowers and documentation
- Work closely with internal & external counsels to negotiate and prepare loan documents
- Assist to prepare financial models and credit report to management committees for approval, highlighting critical commercial, compliance and legal risks
- Liaise with relevant external & internal parties on execution of documents, fulfillment of loan requirements, delivery of collateral, preparation of payment schedule and the charge or release of listed or unlisted securities and real estate
- Perform regular monitoring and stress testing of loan portfolio, expected loss assessment reporting, such as collateral value, borrowers/ guarantors' financial status
Requirement
- University graduate in business, accounting & finance, risk management or a related discipline, CPA or CFA qualifications will take priority
- Possess 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in structured finance, corporate banking or financial services industry, preferably in financial analysis, securities and real estate lending, and banking business
- Candidates with more experience will be considered at Assistant Vice President rank
- Proficient in MS Office and
- Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills
- Proactive and able to work independently under pressure
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is preferred
