A leading corporate bank with a strong presence in APAC is looking for a Head of Regulatory Reporting to join their HK office.

about the team.

You will be leading of team of 15 and act as a leader in the team. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you are expected to act as central point between Risk team and Regulatory Reporting team.

about the job.

• Leading the team members and monitoring the progress of delivery
• Review regulatory reporting, HKMA return and financial disclosure of the bank
• Provide and prepare management reports for local requirements and Head Office submission
• Work closely with regulators and senior management
• Ideate, lead and close improvement initiatives with motive to enhance data quality and improve operational efficiency
• Work closely with branches and subsidiaries to obtain relevant data for group regulatory reporting
• Liaise with auditors for audit on banking returns

skills & experiences required.

• Bachelor degree holder with at least 12 years of working experience in Bank
• Minimum 10 years experience in regulatory reporting in Banking industries
• Holder of CPA, CIA or other relevant professional qualifications
• Solid skill set in HKMA return
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Strong communication, persuasive and interpersonal skills
• Strong English and Mandarin is a must
