Associate/Senior Associate - Corporate Finance

A major, global investment management firm is looking to hire at Associate/Senior Associate level for their extremely high performing office in Dublin.

Your role will involve providing support to the experienced and accomplished investment team. You will be expected to rapidly take the lead in a number of different areas. The role will be an extremely visible position and there will be serious opportunities for progression for outstanding achievers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Deal and company research
• Transaction due diligence
• Financial modelling and reporting to the investment committee
• Support M&A in portfolio companies
• Debt financing (including at investment stage and refinancing)

The successful candidate will have experience in either private equity, corporate finance, investment banking or accounting and will by excited by working on some of the highest profile deals in the country.

If you are studying towards or hold an ACA, ACCA or CFA qualification (or similar) then this will be an advantage.
