Finance Officer

Tasks:

- Take responsibility for overseeing third-party relationships with service providers like Fund administrator etc.

-Review Private Placement Memorandum on regular basis & advise any amendments if require

- Handle KYC requirements with various regulators for

Fund distribution

- Review consolidated financial statements as per IFRS

- Manage and coordinate audit relationships

- Oversee conformity as appropriate with both CIMA & SCA UAE regulatory frameworks

- Take responsibility for regulatory filings

- Manage reporting for the board & Investment committee

The successful candidate will have:

 -A thorough familiarity with IFRS financial statements

- A solid knowledge of both the CIMA & SCA regulatory frameworks

- Ideally a hands-on knowledge of fund accounting

- CA or ACCA along with CFA qualified status or equivalent

- Fluent English
