• Proven track record of relevant banking experience focused on client acquisition and the management of wealth for clients
• Outstanding network in the private banking industry to support the Bank's growth strategy and to push growth agenda for revenue, NNA and SGC (Single Global Currency)
• Ability to acquire new clients through referrals, own network and the active prospecting of high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals
• Strong financial product and technical competence in the understanding, development and delivery of holistic wealth planning solutions to clients
• Ability to develop robust internal networks in order to offer a seamless delivery of products and services within the integrated bank franchise
• Forward thinking mindset for the development and advancement of digital banking solutions; a technologically savvy personality able to introduce innovative tools and solutions to clients
• High level of professional and personal integrity; ensuring all work activities meet the high compliance standards of Credit Suisse and are performed in line with internal and external guidelines and regulatory policies
• Degree from a university or an institute of higher education; CFA or equivalent is an advantage
• Fluent in English and conversant in additional languages in view of client coverage
