The Role:
  • Responsible to conduct Compliance Examination Programme on a timely basis to ensure risks are adequately mitigated and the compliance standards are met against external and internal guidelines, policies as well as operating procedures
  • Review and update all compliance review processes and procedures
  • Responsible to conduct briefings or training to investment staff on compliance related maters
  • Assist in the administration of the departments as well as Investment Code of Ethics
  • Update all investment related external and internal guidelines and Operating Manual
  • Assist and undertake ad-hoc and special assignments
  • Ensure all the actions required by Investment Department are observed and the requirements are met
  • Maintenance of Bloomberg Compliance Module

Job Requirements
Our Requirement:
  • Possess a recognised degree in Accounting, Law, Actuarial Science or Chartered Financial Analyst
  • Knowledge of investment/ securities is an added advantage
  • Has at least 2-4 years experiences in compliance, external audit, internal audit, insurance or banking industry
  • Had good written and communication skills
  • Good organising and planning skills
  • Good time management
  • Analytical
  • High degree of integrity
