We are seeking a Transformation Office Lead who is responsible for leading the strategic initiative for the modernization and evolution of ATRF’s pension service delivery model.

Reporting to the Project Lantern Steering Committee, this position will be responsible for all aspects of the implementation including strategies, procurement, resources, and budget. Serving as a leader and providing governance and vision for the implementation, this position is responsible to architect, plan, implement, innovate and direct the transformation program, supporting the organization’s long term objective and goals related to the new service delivery model.

The position is also responsible to work with a cross-functional team to drive Project Lantern forward and ensuring that project risks are managed appropriately with consistent and reliable change management and internal controls.
