- Manage investors relationship and secure funds
- Work on corporate planning projects
- Take charge to develop new marketing and business initiatives
- Manage expansion plans globally
- Be part of the Corporate finance group and manage the financial planning
- Have a leading role in the IPO process going forward
- Work on M&A activities
Requirements:
- Have at least 1 year of experience in M&A advisory / investment banking or in a top consulting firm
- Excellent communication skills
- Have strong accounting and financial modelling experience
- Bilingual (native/fluent Japanese, fluent English) - mandatory
- Strong project and team management skills
- Excellent execution and origination skills
- Experience in executing the IPO a plus
- CFA or similar preferred
