Junior/Senior Treasury Marketing Manager (DCM Deal Origination)

Responsibilities:

• Pitch target clients and originate DCM deals (public issuance/Private Placement; unrated/IG/HY;SOE/POE/LGFV), Reg S/144A formats
• Advise clients on issuance strategy and make capital structure recommendations based on clients' objectives and market conditions
• Develop and strengthen DCM dialogues with clients and identify DCM prospects (corporates and across credit spectrum)
• Prepare DCM presentations and RFPs
• Lead execution of DCM transactions including due diligence, documentation drafting, roadshow
• organizse/coordinate with external and internal parties for closing process of successful transactions
• Coach and mentor analysts/associates/VPs
• Work and coordinate with syndicate and sales. Work with TMU to pitch hedging solutions

Requirements:

1. At least 3 year experience in DCM or relevant field from a reputable franchise . Candidates with less years of experiences could be considered based on deal list.

2. Fluency in English and Mandarin to conduct origination and execution is essential

3. Strong knowledge of credit analysis, Asian credit markets and developments

4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills

5. Ability to work independently and in team

6. Proven ability to design and execute business plans

7. Bachelor degree holder

8. G3 (primarily USD/EUR), CNH, HKD and other relevant local Asian currencies experience

9. In-depth market knowledge and client network in Greater China markets

10. Meeting licensing requirements by relevant regulatory bodies (e.g. SFC) for handling and advising on DCM products Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Manager.

11. CFA、FRM、ACCA、CPA will be advantage
