  • Assist in all aspects of business valuation analysis, development, and report production
  • Assist with assignments that are performed for tax and regulatory compliance, transaction advisory, strategic planning, and litigation support purposes
  • Work on a variety of assignments ranging from single person practice valuations to complex engagements on financial instruments
  • Assist with the development of detailed financial and qualitative analyses that assess companies, their products & services, industries, growth opportunities, valuations and valuation merits
  • Conduct critical business development and market research and assist with capability presentations, corporate valuations and collaborate on the development management presentations.

Education/Experience:

The right audit candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to interface with all levels of the organization and with our clients.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Exceptional academic record
  • Experience with modeling financial statements in Excel and an understanding of corporate valuations is preferred
  • Experience in valuation, litigation, banking, or consulting is a plus
  • Excellent analytical, research, writing and presentation skills
  • Leadership experience
  • Organized, thorough, and detail oriented
  • Self-starter able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Executive presence with the ability to develop a rapport with colleagues and clients
