We are recruiting for a leading investment management company within the research department. Produce regular research material on both global and domestic listed companies. Prepare for, attend, analyse thoroughly and communicate conclusions for internal and external company and analyst meetings. Produce and support equity recommendations. Present company news and research to the Investment Managers. Write articles for internal and external purposes. Cover and or help with other aspects of investment such as fixed income, collectives and macro. Generally support the Investment Managers with meetings and visits to regional offices etc. Work with the team to maintain and improve the company intranet. Run an example portfolio if required. Help the Research Department and the Investment Managers by dealing with ad hoc tasks as and when required. Qualifications, Skills, Experience And Competencies Needed Cover other members of the Research Department as required. Educated to degree level Holder of the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) Holder of or studying towards the CFA Willing to undertake appropriate further/professional studies Minimum Of One To Two Years Investment Research Experience Analytical and numerate Able to communicate effectively and build relationships at all levels Well organised, enthusiastic and a self-starter able to use own initiative Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good technical literacy - Advanced Excel, Bloomberg and Microsoft Office skills Financial modelling experience advantageous
