Main Responsibilities include:
  • Serve as a key contact with various internal teams with regards to all aspects of investor relations, including process management, preparation of documents and client presentations.
  • Following up on clients' interest in funds launched by PE.
  • Responsible for the writing and production of communications materials for investors, including announcements, marketing materials, speeches etc. and maintaining their quality.
  • Develop and maintain an investor relations plan.
  • Develop and monitor performance metrics for the investor relations function.
  • Maintain the CRM system with investor meeting notes, contact details.
  • Work closely with investment team on the co-investment process with investors.
  • Assist in reviewing and editing LP reports, organizing AGM and LPAC meeting
  • Help maintain systematic documentation of both fund and investment activities.
  • Provide support in fundraising and new fund set-up e.g. preparation of due diligence materials, responding to investor due diligence questionnaire, setting up new special purposes vehicles and bank accounts, reviewing LPA, performing KYC AML checking to new investors.
  • Assist in fund operations work if needed, including deal execution support etc.


Ideal candidates will possess:
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in accounting, finance, business or corporate administration
  • Professional accounting qualifications e.g. HKICPA, ACCA, AICPA
  • Minimum 7 years relevant experience at placement agent firms, FoFs, Asset management or PE firms; some prior transaction/advisory experience with big-4 firms is preferred
  • Project management support experience is a must; experience in private equity funds and/or additional qualifications in finance such as CFA would be an added advantage
  • Strong team player with high adaptability to a small team environment
  • Fluent written and spoken English is a must. Spoken and written Chinese is expected
