Associate, Real Estate and Infrastructure - Riyadh

Main Responsibilities:

Origination, execution and asset management of investment opportunities globally (US, Europe, Asia Pac, local / regional)
Executing investment processes including managing work streams, from origination stage to closing and exit
Handle execution of due diligence and share relevant information across functional groups;
Evaluating direct investments, fund investments, REIT investments and investment in real estate companies
Evaluating potential JV partners / investment managers
Build detailed financial models including developing sensitivity analysis
Production of the investment committee memorandum and undertake quarterly reporting and investment performance monitoring.
On-going asset and development management of the firm's real estate portfolios.
Monitor and analyze real estate markets in key cities
Support efforts to develop investment strategy and generate deal pipeline
Identify and evaluate potential acquisition or divestment of real estate projects including developing and maintaining relationship with potential partners/vendors
Conduct hold/sell analysis develop and execute exit plans for divestment of real estate assets
Make investment and divestment recommendations to Investment Committee

Experience Required:

Minimum of 2 years of working experience in real estate investment from deal origination to execution and post-investment asset management
Prior experience within a real estate private equity or real estate investment/asset management
Experience doing direct investments as well as indirect fund investments
Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics or Business from top tier university
Advanced analytical capabilities including creating, calculating and interpreting complex financial models - DCF, NPV, IRR etc
Proficiency in investment concepts and property-related financial modelling
Experience in leading and managing a team of internal members and external consultants /advisors
Applicants with exposure to diverse risk spectrum of investing will have a greater advantage (core, core plus, value add, opportunistic)
Strong knowledge of the financial services industry and a keen understanding of real estate investment
A good team player with a high level of initiative, resourcefulness, and high standard of work
A self-starter and have ability to work independently with external partners and consultants.
