My Client is a specialised consulting firm well-known in the business restructuring consulting sector. They are now seeking ambitious individuals with approximately 5-7 years' restructuring and insolvency experience to join their team in Singapore.
The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate solid experience of:
• insolvency procedures, their application and differing requirements
• leading project teams and managing restructuring and insolvency assignments
• conducting informal workouts, independent financial reviews, provisional and compulsory liquidations, creditors voluntary liquidations and receivership assignments
• cash-flow forecasting, financial analysis, financial modelling and valuations
• running ad-hoc projects including forensic investigations and financial due diligence
• experience of compiling and analysing books and records, conducting an inventory of assets and dealing with claims of creditors
• assisting with drafting of reports, including Expert reports, to court and creditors
• working in a dynamic organisation across geographies in Asia and offshore jurisdictions
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or higher in accountancy, finance or business
• CA, CPA or CFA qualification would be an advantage
• 5-7 years' relevant work experience, including operational and financial restructuring, insolvency and forensic investigations;
• Good business sense and commercial acumen
• Strong financial and business analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English
