Job Purpose (Job Summary):
As a key member of the FCS Process and Systems Integration team you will become a trusted advisor to your business partners. With focus on the finance decision support systems, you will be a product owner aligning business strategy to the system road-maps. You will work with your business partners to prioritize projects and enhancements and deliver them within the time-frames agreed.


Key Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Become a trusted advisor to business partners, acting as a visionary to proactively assist in defining the direction for future projects/enhancements
  • Responsible for conception of solutions, building consensus and the selling and execution of such solutions
  • Conducts formal requirement walk through's and obtains stakeholder sign off
  • Validates and ensures that functional requirements are met
  • Conducts formal implementation reviews
  • Responsible for the most highly complex projects that require in-depth knowledge across multiple technology products, Accounting processes, and FP&A processes
  • Provides formal and informal user training and general user support
  • Functions as an internal consultant for the applications support team
  • Align and deliver the corporate data strategy within FCS through the processes of data acquisition, cleansing, and delivery
  • Deliver interactive dashboards, analyses, visualizations, and insights using business intelligence software and techniques combined with a deep understanding of business partner strategic priorities
  • Coaches and mentors more junior staff
 Work Experience / Knowledge:

  • Proficient in reporting/dashboard software such as OBIEE, Power BI, and/or Tableau

  • Proficient in Master Data Management (Data acquisition, cleansing, and delivery) software both master and reference (DRM/DRG, Informatica)

  • Experience with Python/R/SQL a plus

  • Experience with EPM software such as Hyperion Planning, EPBCS, FCCS and HFM a plus

  • Experience with ETL software such as FDMEE or Informatica a plus

  • 3+ years supporting a Finance Shared Services Center

  • BS Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or other technical field

  • Formal Education:  (minimum requirement to perform job duties)

  • BS in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or other technical field
 Working Conditions:

  • Normal office environment with little exposure to noise, dust and temperatures.
  • The ability to lift, carry or otherwise move objects of up to 10 pounds is also necessary.
  • Normally works a regular schedule of hours, however hours may vary depending upon the project or assignment.
