Roles and Responsibilities:
    Help drive, implement & commercialize Citibank's advisory tools usage across the region to deliver tangible results. Support in getting buy-in from and influencing senior management and stakeholders for specific key wealth advisory initiatives, including further enhancements of the wealth tools and digital wealth multi-channel journeys, and ensuring they align with the wealth advisory framework. Strong focus on cross-functional stakeholder management to drive deliverable commitments, manage changes including requirements, budget, schedule, scope, risk mitigation and contingency plans. Work closely with the Wealth research & communications team in leveraging the digital tools to distribute wealth insights and investment research in an effective, relevant and measurable way, including direct to client. Develop and conduct advisory training for frontlines to enhance advisory related skills and knowledge


Qualifications

    Graduate degree from a recognized university, preferably from Banking, Finance, Accountancy, or Economics. MBA, MSc, CFA, CAIA, CFP qualifications is preferred but not essential Strong knowledge of wealth management business, market dynamics, financial planning & advisory and supportive technologies to drive digital & innovative transformation. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively with internal & external stakeholders with varying degrees of knowledge & experience. Experience of managing & delivering complex and cross-functional programs across multiple regions Strong working knowledge of traditional asset classes - fixed income, equity, money market, commodities as well as in-depth knowledge of retail deposits/treasury/investment products. Knowledge in alternatives (hedge funds, private equity, real estate) will be preferred Result oriented, adaptable, independent self-starter and strong team player Strong oral/written communication and presentation skills.
