J.P.Morgan Asset Management ("JPMAM") provides investment managementproducts and services to institutional and individual investors worldwide. Itoffers the full spectrum of investment strategies - from equity, cashmanagement, fixed income, currency and asset allocation to alternative assetclasses such as private equity, real estate and hedge funds.

TheIntermediary Business sells investment products through non-affiliatedintermediaries (for example securities firms, banks, financial planners, insurancecompanies) who, in turn, sell these products to individual investors.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Assist Client Advisors on client enquiries, including email, phonecalls, client templates to ensure that we provide top notch service and supportto our distributors
  • Work with RFP team to ensure all product templates are completedpromptly and accurately
  • Represent Intermediary Sales team on various projects meetings.Understand the potential business/client impact on various projects andproactively work with internal working groups to resolve the issues andfacilitate the project roll out
  • Formulate internal Standard Operation Procedure for matters related today-to-day routine of the business
  • Oversee and work closely with investment team, marketing, compliance,GFCC to ensure all sales related materials are accurate and compliance friendly
Qualifications:
  • University graduate in Business, Finance and/or related discipline with 3+ years of experience in financial industry, preferably with Asset Management business background
  • Professional qualifications such as CFA would be an advantage
  • Good team player whilst able to work independently
  • Able to work under strong pressure
  • Good analytical skills and can demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of financial markets and investment products (especially fund)
  • Strong communications in spoken and written Chinese (spoken Cantonese) and English
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Strong in Excel, PowerPoint is a must
  • Knowledge in Morningstar, Bloomberg would be an advantage
