Responsibilities:

- Responsible for Debt Capital Markets deal origination and execution of bond issuance
- Coordinate with internal divisions or branches of the company for business opportunities and business development
- Pitching, structuring and execution of bond issuance with potential issuers
- Lead team members in deal execution
- Support credit rating advisory works, where necessary
- Build market network with counterparts, stay up-to-date on DCM market development and keep senior management and team members posted
- Coach and train junior team members
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above in Business/ Finance/ Law/Accounting
- CFA and CPA professional qualifications are preferred
- Seasonal banker with relevant experience and proven deal track record (corporate rank will offer according to relevant experience and seniority)
- Solid sell side experience in DCM, with sound product and market knowledge
- Excellent client and industry connections to originate business
- Extensive experience in deal execution i.e. able to lead and oversee the end-to-end process
- Presentable, client facing and good interpersonal skills
