KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Transaction Documentation
REQUIREMENTS:

- Evaluation of New Secondary Market Investments across Europe and across all sectors
- Assist with underwriting assumptions through an integrated review of the property assets, market data, financial reports, and legal documents.
- Analyze investments using various valuation techniques including discounted cash flows, comparable property analysis, replacement cost analysis and precedent transaction analysis.
- Assist with post-offer due diligence.
Transaction Documentation
- Assist in the accumulation, organization, and analysis of materials during active due diligence.
- Prepare market research.
- Assist in the documentation of investment analysis including investment memoranda. Origination Support
- Prepare market research on general partner sponsors and on holders of private real estate investments.
- Assist in interactions with general partner sponsors and with prospective sellers of secondary market interests.
- Accumulate and manage incoming data on the secondary market.Portfolio Management
- Generate updated projections for specific investments during the ownership period subsequent to acquisition.
- Assist with other portfolio management needs related to existing investments.
- Assist with aspects of marketing process when Firm raises new investment funds.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Solid understanding of finance. Three+ years prior real estate investment/underwriting secondaries experience required
- Exceptional analytical and financial modelling, writing and presentation skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work both independently and as a productive member of transaction teams.
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills with motivation to learn and advance
- Ability to multi-task while generating accurate, timely, and complete work products
- At least one European language is a plus, but not required
- Candidates must have additional financial qualifications (E.g. CFA etc)
