Manager/ Senior Manager, Investment Operations

As a Manager/ Senior Manager, Investment Operations, you will be responsible for the following:-

Identify, analyse and evaluate various solutions for change management initiatives
Deliver the appropriate solutions on the change management initiatives and monitored closely
Work closely with service vendors and business units in communicating operational support changes and initiative
Ensure internal infrastructure is in line with regulatory requirements for any changes around the platform and processes
Proactively give process improvement suggestions by stay abreast of latest market trends, industry initiatives and incorporate those in the proposals
Provide operational support and resolve timely from business units' escalation if applicable

To be considered as a Manager/ Senior Manager, Investment Operations, you possess the following:

Bachelor degree in any disciplines and at least 5 years experience in sizable MNCs within the financial industry
Solid understanding of the Front to Back processing environment within the capital markets industry
Strong understanding and hands on experience in multiple asset classes (Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives especially OTC instruments)
Proven track record of solid understanding and experience in front to back processes, tools and systems.
Proficient in operating investment systems (including, but not limited to, Bloomberg, Calypso, etc.)
An enthusiastic team player with excellent interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills
Self driven and proactive in proposing process improvement with grounds
Able to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with high level of accuracy
Prior experience in process change management is a plus
CFA, FRM or PMP/PMI-ACP/PSM is preferred
Immediate available candidate will be an advantage
