As a Manager/ Senior Manager, Investment Operations, you will be responsible for the following:-
To be considered as a Manager/ Senior Manager, Investment Operations, you possess the following:
- Identify, analyse and evaluate various solutions for change management initiatives
- Deliver the appropriate solutions on the change management initiatives and monitored closely
- Work closely with service vendors and business units in communicating operational support changes and initiative
- Ensure internal infrastructure is in line with regulatory requirements for any changes around the platform and processes
- Proactively give process improvement suggestions by stay abreast of latest market trends, industry initiatives and incorporate those in the proposals
- Provide operational support and resolve timely from business units' escalation if applicable
To be considered as a Manager/ Senior Manager, Investment Operations, you possess the following:
- Bachelor degree in any disciplines and at least 5 years experience in sizable MNCs within the financial industry
- Solid understanding of the Front to Back processing environment within the capital markets industry
- Strong understanding and hands on experience in multiple asset classes (Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives especially OTC instruments)
- Proven track record of solid understanding and experience in front to back processes, tools and systems.
- Proficient in operating investment systems (including, but not limited to, Bloomberg, Calypso, etc.)
- An enthusiastic team player with excellent interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills
- Self driven and proactive in proposing process improvement with grounds
- Able to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with high level of accuracy
- Prior experience in process change management is a plus
- CFA, FRM or PMP/PMI-ACP/PSM is preferred
- Immediate available candidate will be an advantage
