What To Expect

 Oversight and responsibility for all operations, process and procedures and infrastructure that supports the successful ability to for DVI to provide investment advisory services on a day-to-day basis.

• Develop and implement procedures and controls to promote communication and adequate information flow within the company
• Assist in the development and monitoring of performance metrics that assess program efficiencies, and the implementation of improvements
• Work with both the President and CFO in the preparation, review and presentation of the budget for approval by the DVI Board of Director(s).
• Manage the strategic planning process, both plan development and execution
• Initiate, participate and prepare for new and/or existing client meetings.  Proactively communicate with clients, DVI investment professionals and outside resources as appropriate to maintain and enhance client relationships.

What You Need

Master’s Degree in Business Administration; minimum 10-15 years business experience in the professional services arena with a progressive track record of increased management responsibility.

Series 65, CFA or CFP, preferred.

Client relationship management experience required.  Financial Service/Independent Wealth Management Industry experience strongly preferred.                 

Exceptional leadership abilities.  Strong budgeting, financial forecasting and financial analysis skills required.
