1. Job Description
（1) Design the structure and framework of the financial models as per the deal requirements;
（2) Lead to build financial models and ensure its accuracy, integrity and functionality to meet the deal requirements;
（3) Conduct business, financial, commercial and other investment due diligence on targeted opportunities;
（4) Provide support to deal negotiations;
（5) Write up investment proposals;
（6) Manage deal-executing process;
（7) Provide support to deal closing and post-acquisition management;
（8) Provide other assistance in investment management as required.

2.Requirements
（1) CPA, CFA or MBA or equivalent qualification or degree with at least 6years relevant working experiences;
（2) Experience in investment management, capital market and M&A is strongly preferred;
（3) Strong quantitative and analytical skills;
（4) Attentive to details;
（5) Excellent communication skill and strong teamwork mindset;
（6) Excellent English writing and speaking required; Good Chinese is a plus.
