Job Duties:
- Monitor and analyze the global economics and financial markets from time to time,
- Write commentaries and forecast on the economy and financial markets and make recommendation on investment strategies for our Department and the top management, other business units and customers on both periodical and ad hoc basis
- Make analysis on designated topic set by superiors
Job Requirements
- Economics graduate with good academic performances, preferably with a postgraduate degree in related disciplines, quantitative background, and preferably CFA or Accounting Qualification
- Preferably with 3-7 years working experiences in economic (including G7 and China's interest rates and exchange rates forecasts), sectoral (e.g., China/HK properties and commodities), derivatives (foreign exchange and interest rates), bonds, and/or equities researches; recent postgraduate degree graduates are considered
- Good English, Mandarin and preferably Cantonese
