Position Description:

Over the past 24+ months, PIMCO has undergone significant change in the realm of digital readiness. As part of a global digital transformation initiative spearheaded by Technology and Marketing, PIMCO has built a robust platform to deliver industry leading thought leadership and content to clients.

Working as part of the digital team, this position plays a fundamental role in supporting the digital manager with the management and optimization of the PIMCO EMEA websites, campaigns and digital properties. This role will also support efforts to amplify PIMCO's brand across the US and APAC as a member of our global digital stewardship and will be expected to contribute to ideas and best practices across a range of digital content initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To be the first point of contact for day to day website queries
  • Act as a super user for the firm's CMS (Sitecore)
  • Maintenance and optimisation of the corporate websites, campaign microsites and blog across EMEA including adding and updating content and identifying and implementing site enhancements
  • Create new and engaging landing pages and sections on the PIMCO EMEA websites, continually working to optimise existing content, increasing visits, presence, and maximising ROI
  • Support the digital manager in managing the relationship HQ and satellite marketing offices ensuring best practices and consistency are adhered to including suggested enhancements
  • Working closely with the marketing, sales team and campaign channel teams to understand the data relevant to optimize customer campaigns and outcomes and using that to inform campaign evolution
  • Supporting multivariate testing project management across digital properties to optimize campaigns
  • Supervise and manage the day-to-day workload of digital communications via PIMCO Marketing channels across website and social properties and assist US and APAC teams as part of the global digital coverage model
  • Ensure consistent branding across the website


Position Requirements:

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
  • A minimum of two years' experience in digital marketing, specifically website management
  • Advanced user of Sitecore CMS
  • Proven track record of delivering and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Experienced user of Google Analytics
  • Knowledge and management experience of main social media channels (Twitter and LinkedIn) within a business context
  • Able to understand and edit basic HTML
  • Good working knowledge of Photoshop software
