About the Opportunity
Our national Value Creation Services team are well-known in the market for providing rapid operational and profit improvement programs, as part of Australia's leading restructuring practice. We now have an opportunity for a Senior Analyst or Manager to join this team and enhance their skills in a highly rewarding client facing position.
You'll be joining a team of innovative and passionate people to create and implement solutions that meet our clients' toughest challenges and deliver sustainable financial outcomes. You will be working in teams to diagnose the problem, and design and implement turnaround/ improvement plans. You will advise senior stakeholders including CEOs, CFOs, Divisional MDs and debt and equity providers (including private equity).

About You
To facilitate the continued growth of our Value Creation Services practice, we are looking for a Senior Analyst or Manager candidate with experience in strategy & operations, financial advisory, or operational management to join our team. You are likely to have a finance, accounting or economics background with a related post-graduate qualification or are currently studying towards a CA, CFA or MBA.
Successful applicants will come from a Business Advisory, Professional Services or Consulting background and have some exposure to under-performing businesses, turnaround or accelerated transformation situations. Further you will have previous experience consulting to companies on matters of financial performance, financial management or operational improvement.
