About The Role
Role Location: 347 Kent St., Sydney NSW
Role Type: Permanent

As a Superannuation Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of four accountants and two superannuation funds with FUM of $46b to ensure regulatory requirements such as APRA reporting, BAS, tax returns and financial statements are prepared accurately and lodged on-time. Another key focus of your role is to manage change brought about by the business and product initiatives on the operation processes and ensuring that key controls are not compromised.

About You
  • Experience experience and strong knowledge of superannuation funds, products and processes
  • Strong understanding of the APRA regulatory requirements
  • Strong experience in preparing superannuation regulatory reporting including APRA, tax returns and financial statements
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills; and strong business writing and communication skills
  • Ability to build strong productive relationships and manage direct reports
  • Strong to Advanced Excel skills
  • Professional qualification in Accounting/Finance (ie CA/CPA/CFA)
