The Head of Operations will oversee the business processes, trading and technology for the Fiduciary Solutions group. He/she will ensure that proprietary trading and reporting technology keeps pace with client and industry needs and have expertise in all OCIO legal, risk and compliance mattersThe role will collaborate with business partners (technology, finance, investment servicing, legal, risk, compliance, etc.)He/she must have advanced working knowledge of ERISA including plan structures, fiduciary matters, prohibited transactions as well as advanced working knowledge of various contracts (investment management agreements, trusts, custodial agreements and participation agreements.
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience required. MBA or equivalent degree preferred. Minimum 10 years related experience required. CFA preferred.
