About All-Stars Investment Limited - The Fund focuses on investing in the "all-star" companies in the "new economy" space and currently manages over HK$10 billion in assets. Its team members are mostly from Morgan Stanley and participated in the IPOs of many Chinese technology and Internet companies, including Tencent and Alibaba. The Fund mainly invests in the late-stage, pre-IPO and listed Internet and technology leaders. Its existing portfolio includes Xiaomi, Didi Chuxing, SenseTime, Lufax, Full Truck Alliance, Grab, Tujia and UCommune. Current fund investors are mostly leaders in the high-tech, consumer and financial industries in Asia and the world. Through its robust industry network and extensive experience in helping companies go public, the Fund aims to add value to its portfolio companies.

- Conducting industry and company research, contributing to investment thesis development, identifying attractive investment targets, building sector knowledge and network
- Constructing models for deal opportunities, including financial forecasts, valuation and return analysis
- Supporting business and financial due diligence work on potential investment targets
- Contributing to investment recommendation and approval process, including drafting investment memos, presentations and reports
- Monitoring on-going financial performance and news flow of portfolio companies (public and private), as well as preparing periodic valuation memos
- Maintaining daily databases and valuation models to identify listed investment targets
- Assisting IR team in handling investors' inquiries, including preparing investor newsletters and reports (Chinese and English)
- Supporting the negotiation and execution of agreements and other legal documentation
- Handling other ad hoc duties as assigned if needed
The applicant should meet the following criteria:
- Minimum 3 years of private equity, investment banking, corporate finance, research or fund management experience in China's TMT sector from reputable organizations
- Strong research, quantitative and analytical skills, especially in investment ideas generation
- Proficient oral and written communication skills (Mandarin and English)
- Strong intellectual curiosity, fast learner with effective problem-solving skills and can-do attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment with minimal supervision
- Ability to organize and track overlapping tasks and assignments, with frequent priority changes
- University graduate from leading institutions with top academic record in finance or relevant field
- Professional qualifications, such as CPA and CFA, are preferred
