Private Equity/Venture Capital (PE/VC) - Asso/VP/Director, TMT focus

As their Private Equity (PE) specialist overseeing TMT, you will be responsible for originating deals through your strong network hence a minimum of 3 years in TMT sector is a must. You'll take the lead on deal acquisitions including negotiating transaction documentation and managing counterparty relationships so you have to be fluent in English and Chinese with strong writing and communication skill. An additional key function will be to liaise with financial and legal advisors in structuring deals so professional qualifications, such as CPA and CFA, are highly preferred
