Vice President 1 (NY, NY) for Evercore Partners Services East LLC to provide process leadership & quantitative & analytical support for equity offerings, mergers, acquisitions, & other fin'l advisory svcs. Reqs Bach deg in Business Admin, Economics, Finance or a rltd field & a min of 6 yrs of investment banking (M&A), private equity or relevant corporate dvlpmt exp, incl 3 years of exp at the Associate level. Stated exp must incl 3 yrs of exp in each of the following: Statutory acctg for U.S. insurance companies, incl associated valuation dynamics; Insurance industry landscape (life, health & property & casualty underwriting, broking/distribution, intermediary & insure-tech, incl in-depth knowl of & contacts w/ senior mgmt of key mkt players; Buy-side & sell-side M&A processes, from origination to completion; Corporate valuation, incl discounted cash flow, leveraged buyout, comparable companies, precedent transaction, regression & other valuation analyses/methodologies; Deal structuring & closing mechanics; Industry data aggregation resources, incl Bloomberg, FactSet, CapitallQ, SNL, Thompson Reuters & Factiva; Public company fairness opinions IPOs & follow-on offerings; Research resources such as Dowling & Partners, The Insurance Insider, other industry publications; General acctg & finance principles.
