Sector Analyst (Consumer / HK & China)

Responsibilities
• Conduct quantitative & qualitative equities research on assigned industries on timely basis
• Maintain detailed financial models and generate stock notes based on various financial statements
• Identify and recommend stock ideas to portfolio managers, closely collaborate among the team

Requirements
• Over 5 years' equity research experience preferably from buy-side
• MBA/CFA qualification is a definite asset
• Solid experience in fundamental research, while willing and capable of handling multiple sectors simultaneously
• A balanced mix of in-depth sector knowledge and financial, modeling skills
• Research Engine with great initiative and attention to details and accuracy
• Independent thinker with the ability to refine your own actionable ideas out from numerous sell-side reports
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Mandarin & English
