~~Key Objectives:
› Produce high quality technical - as appropriate to target segment - content that can be leveraged across multi-channel platforms (Web, Email, Presentations, PR, Events) markets (DB, DC, Charities), and regions.
› Ensure SEI remains relevant, challenging and innovative in the way its investment philosophies and value propositions are represented.
› Actively engage with industry trends, market opinion and competitor activity to ensure a constant stream of idea generation and commentary.

What you'll do:
› End to end responsibility for thought leadership, case studies, surveys, commentaries, research papers, by-lined articles, key presentation content, brochures, online copy and RFP editorial review.
› Work closely with, motivate and engage with subject matter experts from concept to completion.
› Leverage/adapt/refine Investment Management Unit generated global content for a UK audience.
› Run regular editorial meetings with subject matter experts. Present a variety of relevant self-generated content themes and ideas for discussion, collect suggestions and consolidate outcomes.
› Scope out the objectives for each piece of content, identify the benefits to the end user and craft content that meets these. Drive key conclusions, ensuring these are clear using evidence, editorial techniques and formatting.
› Personally ensure that each piece of content is relevant to our value proposition and differentiators.
› Work with stakeholders across the business to substantiate messaging with analysis and/or client examples.
› Work with legal and compliance to meet regulatory requirements whilst maintaining optimal messaging.

› Constant awareness of market conditions, regulation, SEI products and services
› Adhere to all relevant FCA requirements and compliance; and
› Any other ad-hoc projects as required.

~~What you'll bring to the table:
› Deep knowledge of investment industry, asset classes and investment styles, institutional pensions experience preferable.
› Understanding of and experienced in the nuances in writing across print and digital.
› Technical investment knowledge: IMC minimum, CFA desirable.
› Strong communicator, with the ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders in order to guarantee content production follows and meets the timescales within an agreed workflow.
› Skilled project manager, with the ability to work flexibly and manage multiple deadlines.
› Ideally degree educated, financially literate and a confident writer with solid marketing or marketing communications experience within financial services, pensions preferable.
› A team player and self-motivated.
› Excellent IT skills across all Microsoft office products; Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
› Excellent written English.
› Attention to detail.
