Operations Associate
Description:
The Operations Associate plays a critical role in the back-office. With responsibility for the day to day back-office details, the Operations Associate helps ensure that the team’s systems and processes operate as a well-oiled machine.
Responsibilities & Activities:
- Manages our client onboarding process
- Oversees the development and implementation of financial plans
- Manages our portfolio management system (Orion)
- Coordinates and executes trades
- Processes new business paperwork
- Creates client meeting update books
- Compiles analyses for prospective clients
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Requires:
- RELOCATION TO CLEVELAND, OHIO IS REQUIRED
- Excellent attitude and an extraordinary client service orientation
- A strong focus on getting the details right
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- An ability to handle multiple tasks and handle stress
- Helpful:
- Previous securities industry experience
- FINRA Series 7, 63, (and 65 if part of a Registered Investment Advisor)
