Your tasks with us

  • Acquisition of new customers for the development of your own customer book
  • Holistic consulting process to gain long-term customer relationships
  • Effectively maintain client portfolios in accordance with compliance guidelines
  • Delivering individualized service and solutions to demanding clients seeking a personalized relationship
  • Documenting and communicating strategy discussions and implementation
  • Willingness and interest in active market development and regular travel activities
  • Collaboration in projects and generally in the development of the company

 

Our requirements for you

  • Completed higher studies or adequate education with appropriate further expertise
  • Self-motivated individual with strong desire for growth, who is willing to learn on the job building your book of business
  • Skilled communicator, customer-focused with entrepreneurial mindset and “closer” attitude
  • Ability to think proactively and to anticipate needs and issues
  • Enjoy to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
  • Team player with strong interpersonal and time management skills
  • Willingness to travel potentially 50% of the time
  • Very strong written and oral communication skills in English, knowledge of German is an asset
