•       Conduct and coordinate domain-specific trainings focused on equity research-related activities, such as financial statement analysis, modelling and forecasting, company valuation (using discounted cash flow, dividend discount model), trading and transaction multiples, residual income, etc.), and investment note writing (company profiles, earning notes, quarterly updates, initiating coverage reports, etc.)  

•       Develop training material such as presentations and e-learning modules

•       Assess relevant training needs in consultation with operations, and design training programs and assessment methods 

•       Maintain MIS related to training activities and regularly coordinate with the training management team

•       Identify and manage external training vendors necessary to deliver required trainings

•       Organize training venues and logistics as required

Required Skills

•       Strong accounting, financial, and analytical skills

•       Ability to handle multiple adhoc requests, and deliver trainings effectively and in a timely manner

•       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•       Proficiency in MS Office 

•       Ability to identify innovative ways to contribute to the training objectives

•       Strong knowledge of databases (such as Bloomberg and Reuters) and other financial data systems

Required Education & Experience

•       CA or MBA in finance; CFA (added advantage)

•       5-8 years of experience in equity / credit research
