Responsibilities:
  • Formulating; running and delivering strategic projects across all assigned entities in Asia
  • Conducting research and data analysis to inform business decisions
  • Assessing regional as well as assigned countries' operational and strategic performance and support senior executives on strategic decisions
  • Run and review the business planning process across assigned countries
  • Constructing forecasts and analytical models as well as monitoring and analysing industry trends and market changes to formulate innovative strategies
  • Ensure effective governance structures, infrastructure and processes are in place across all the insurance entities
  • Coaching & Develop Junior talents

Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree with 15 plus years of working experience in management consulting or corporate strategy in any industry
  • Prefer candidate with MBA or CFA or equivalent
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills and the ability to work independently with minimal guidance
  • Past experience running large scale strategic projects that involve multiple countries is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a must
