Debt Capital Markets (DCM) - Director

Responsibilities:

Responsible for Debt Capital Markets deal origination and execution for bond issuance and placement in Hong Kong;
Explore, negotiate, structure and liaise with potential issuers and investors;
Coordinate with front line staff in other divisions or branches of the company for business opportunities and business development;
Support credit rating advisory works, when required;
Build market network with counterparts;
Stay up-to-date on DCM market development and keep senior management and team members posted;
Coach and train up junior staff members; and
Perform such other duties as assigned by senior management

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree or above in Finance / Law / Accounting;
CFA and CPA professional qualifications are preferred;
With proven DCM deal track record;
Sound DCM products and industry knowledge, and ample hands-on experience in the execution of primary bond issuance - able to lead and oversee the end-to-end process;
Experienced in the structure and review of legal documents for the primary bond issuance;
Excellent industry and client connections to originate business;
Sophisticated in dealing with professional parties and regulatory authorities;
Presentable, client facing, and excellent project management and analytical skills.
