Description

Responsibilities of the role include:
  • Work with investment teams and client reporting colleagues to develop, improve, automate (using Python) and maintain client attribution and client reporting templates
  • Respond to client specific requests regarding portfolio attribution and client reporting
  • Investigate and solve data issues with vendors and internal teams to ensure optimal quality of reporting and data
  • Partner with technology teams to drive enhancements, troubleshoot coding issues, and create backup systems for automated templates
  • Assist the wider team in the automation of client reporting templates and organization of data


Profile

The successful candidate posseses the following qualifications and attributes:
  • STEM academic background (minimum Bachelors degree)
  • 4+ years post-graduate experience with asset management preferred
  • Intermediate coding experience in VBA, SQL and Python
  • Experience with Python and automation (preferably with client reporting/ attribution)
  • Knowledge of financial markets, preferably fixed income, and interest in investment strategies and security analysis
  • Analytical and comfortable working with and interpreting statistics and fixed income market data
  • Additional qualifications, currently studying or a desire to obtain IMC/CFA
  • Ability to communicate effectively with Investment professionals
  • Highly motivated team-player with a desire to work on a wide range of projects
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritise work
