M&A Associate

A global cross-border M&A Boutique with over 100 bankers around the world is currently looking for junior stuff to expand its operation in Japan. This is a perfect opportunity for M&A professionals to expand their knowledge and track-record on sell-side and buy-side deals on an international bases.

As an Analyst/Associate you will be obligated to work on complex transactions on both buy side and sell side mandates. You will perform research for potential buyer/seller universe, marketing material preparations, financial analysis such as valuation analysis, and financial modelling as well as conduct due diligence.

The candidate will be:

• Work in close contact with clients in the execution of cross-border M&A transactions in small deal teams
• Perform valuation analysis, including comparable company analysis, transaction analysis, LBO's and DCF's
• Prepare market/industry overviews and conduct research on identifying sell-side/buy-side targets
• Analyse various investment attributes of publicly traded and privately held companies
• Support and execute due diligence

• Experience in working on deals through the entire execution phase. Experience on working on cross-border deals is a plus
• Candidates with M&A internship experiences will also be considered for a Analyst position
• Additional Asian language skills are welcome
• CFA, CPA a plus
