This is an exceptional opportunity for highly experienced investments professional with experience across all asset classes.
~~The role
• To help manage the Asset Allocation programme for a suite of mutual funds, oversee the buying and selling of investments with heavy emphasis on risk management.
• To undertake quantitative and qualitative analysis of macroeconomic environment with the aim of generating a top down view.
• Support the Investment Committee's evaluations and decisions with ad hoc analysis related to the current or prospective products.
• To deliver presentations to the investment committee.
• Experience in hedge fund, FX rates a distinct advantage.
• To develop and refine models for assessing financial assets.
• To undertake quantitative and qualitative analysis of macroeconomic environment with the aim of generating a top down view.
The requirements
• A Master's Degree in Business related discipline achieving a 2:1 grade.
• CFA Highly desirable.
• 5-7 years in investment management across Multi-Asset Portfolios and/or macro analysis.
• Flexibility in managing/analysing across multiple regions.
• Experience in managing/analysing diverse instruments including cash securities, futures, ETFs plus other derivatives an advantage.
• Demonstrate an ability to work within a structured investment process.
• Very strong analytical skills with the ability to produce extensive market related reports.
• Experience investing/analysing the emerging markets.
