Job Description :
- Provide professional advice in related to corporate M&A, equity investment, structured financing for our Corporate Clients
- Establish and maintain good working relationship with clients, perform CDD and coordinate marketing programs
- Responsible for relevant market research and management reports
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
- University graduate in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines, preferably with ACCA / CFA
- Licence Type 6 of SFC is a must
- Minimum of 5 years' banking experience. Experience in audit firms & banking industry are a must
- Strong financial and accounting knowledge
- Familiar with company financial analysis, corporate valuation, tax planning etc
- Deep understanding of transaction procedures such as mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, and structured financing
- Work independently and under pressure
- Fluent in written and spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese
- Candidates with less experience will be also considered
