Senior Associate, Corporate Finance

RESPONSIBILITIES

Handling corporate finance assignments, including IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, corporate advisory and other fund raising activities

Executing business transactions and maintaining client relationship

Coordinating the work of other professional parties on the transactions

Communicating with regulatory authorities, including SFC and the Stock Exchange

Keeping abreast of corporate developments and rules and regulations

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate from a reputable university

• Accounting, Legal, MBA and/ or CFA qualification will be advantageous

• Holder of Representative Licence for Type 6 regulated activity preferred

• At least 3 years of solid relevant working experience in dealing with HK Stock

Exchange on IPOs

• Familiar with the Listing Rules

• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skill

• Analytical, self-motivated and able to work independently

• Able to work on tight deadlines and under pressure

• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese, fluency in Mandarin
