Position Description:

Over the past 24+ months, PIMCO has undergone significant change in the realm of digital readiness. As part of a global digital transformation initiative spearheaded by Technology and Marketing, PIMCO has built the stage to enable personalized client-centric experiences. The firm is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Campaign Sr. Associate to support the execution of PIMCO's marketing programs. The incumbent will be responsible for managing integrated campaigns and programs that drive engagement and opportunities across our acquisition and growth marketing teams. The individual will also oversee all campaign logistics, coordination, measurement and refinement activities to service clients, nurture leads and maximize cross and up sell opportunities .

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Working collaboratively with groups, both inside and outside of marketing, to develop outcome oriented campaigns
  • Identifying potential roadblocks related to execution schedules, resources, etc. and proposing solutions and tradeoffs to leadership team
  • Quickly becoming a student of our Digital Sales program and help support expansion opportunities and campaign coordination
  • Serving as the project manager for key marketing programs and campaigns, supporting project elements such as: briefs, presentations, data gathering, team coordination and campaign execution
  • Leading and coordinating QA process and efforts across teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
  • Working closely with the marketing and sales team to understand the data relevant to optimize customer campaigns and outcomes and using to inform campaign evolution
  • Maintaining marketing and planning calendars across audience types for campaigns
  • Supporting multivariate testing across digital properties to optimize campaigns
  • Liaising with advertising and other global partners to ensure a coordinated effort and approach is taken with initiatives


Position Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with marketing campaigns/project management
  • Experience executing complex campaigns as part of a multi-pronged marketing strategy, including digital campaigns across channels
  • Demonstrated experience navigating and leading projects in large, complex global organizations
  • Financial services marketing experience is a plus, but not required
  • Experience leading QA for campaign launches
  • Excellent understanding of modern digital and database marketing capabilities
  • Strong ability to make recommendations and good judgment calls on what/when levers should be pulled across owned, earned and paid channels to achieve campaign objectives
  • Knowledge of core marketing capabilities, including HTML, CSS, web reporting, email tools, DMPs, SEO/SEM and other marketing suite of tools
  • Experience leading the development, testing and implementation of automated and event triggered campaigns programs based on user activity
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and keep projects well documented and delivered on time
  • Strong strategic, analytical, problem solving and project management abilities. Project management certification such as PMP a plus
  • Knowledge of CRM (Microsoft Dynamics strong advantage)
  • Exceptional organizational and writing skills and incredible attention to detail a must
  • Experience with lead nurturing and lead management programs
  • Strong drive to harness data and insights in practical ways to grow business through digital channels
