We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Wealth Customer Journey Manager.

Principal responsibilities
  • To evolve the target Omni channel framework which supports all RBWM client journeys, focus on Wealth,
    whilst delivering all global based enablers to improve the client experience and supporting commercial growth
  • In partnership with the transformation markets, ensure the frameworks journeys support market evolution
    against a common guideline and playbook approach
  • As the Wealth Solutions lead, Working with Client Experience, Sales and Distribution and the Premier team to ensure targeted deliverables in the Journeys and Omni Channels space specifically target client needs and client pain points in reflection of Client Mindsets and Personas
  • Full documentation, plans, roadmaps and costing and financials including presentations to both highlight
    vision and status as well as senior management awareness and promotion both global and local
  • Supporting the Wealth Solutions group process to deliver results through the implementation of Solutions by Group, Region, Priority Countries and International Countries
  • Effectively representing Wealth at senior cross product forums

  • Degree level education
  • Experience and knowledge of Banking and Investment Products, including Digital experience of UI and UX
  • Good knowledge of business level dynamics around client and business drivers and commercialisation
  • Experience in Client facing propositions, tools and services and strong skills in journey and or process mapping
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Holder of or working towards relevant professional qualifications for example CFA, CISI Diploma but not essential
  • Excellent Communication and Inter person skills, Both verbal and written
  • Good analytical skills, an eye for detail and a drive for quality deliverables
