Responsibilities:
  • Monitor corporate finance projects, including IPOs, M&A and other corporate finance transactions, and ensure the quality in accordance with the internal policies and external regulations
  • Responsible for assessing potential deals, executing corporate finance transactions, conducting due diligence, preparing pitch books and documentation
  • Liaise with professional parties and communicate with regulatory authorities including the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the SFC in connection with implementation of the projects
  • Supervise and execute financial advisory transactions of listed companies (including merger and acquisition, corporate restructuring, takeover, asset injection and disposal)


Requirements:
  • University Graduate or above in Finance, Economics or related discipline; preferably with CFA / CPA qualifications
  • Must attain SFC Responsible Officer license for carrying out Type 6 regulated activities and be/used to be approved by SFC to be a principal of a sponsor firm
  • Minimum 10 years' solid experience in corporate finance from investment banks in Hong Kong;
  • HK IPO experience in TMT, healthcare or high-end industrial sector is preferred
  • Review the Practice Notes 21 (PN21) work and provide constructive advice to transaction teams
  • Proactive, tactful, good analytical skill and business sense and able to work under pressure
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and mandarin)
