Portfolio Solution Strategist, Multi-Assets

Company Description

Our client, a leading international asset manager, is seeking a Portfolio Solution Strategist, Multi-Assets, based in the regional office in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Design and construct investment solutions according to client requirements across different asset classes, which are not limited to balance sheet solutions, overlay management, structuring of complex products and asset allocation advice
• Conduct research on global markets / issues with focus on portfolio construction and formulating investment advice / opinion by utilizing quantitative and qualitative methods
• Work closely with sales team, portfolio managers for underlying asset classes, quantitative investment teams to provide suitable investment solutions to clients
• Prepare written and statistical analyses as needed for clients / prospects and media
• Serve as an investment resources for marketing events / client meetings

Requirements

• University degree in Finance / Economics / Quantitative related disciplines. CFA qualification is highly preferred
• At least 7 years of working experience in investment management industry. Extensive experience in asset allocation / portfolio construction / cross-asset solutions, managing derivative solutions/ building and implementing portfolio construction process is required
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in English, and one or more of Mandarin / Chinese / Korean preferred
