Senior Investment Risk Analyst

Your role:

• Oversee and conduct direct monitoring and portfolio analysis of the funds under management
• Monitoring of the portfolios to ensure compliance with objectives, strategy and risk limits
• Carry out investment and derivative risk analysis and monitoring
• Preparing detailed risk assessment report and resolving any identified breaches
• Reviewing of legal documents, audited financials and policies and procedures to highlight any inconsistencies with investment objectives and risk limits

Your background:

• Degree level with relevant recognised risk/investment qualification - CFA, CAIA, FRM or similar
• 5+ years' experience in a market or investment risk role in asset management or investment banking
• Detailed knowledge of market risk methodologies, pricing and accounting practices with experience with leverage and stress testing advantageous
• Good understanding of process, risk and control management and assessment techniques
• Familiarity with different investment strategies and operational set ups employed in alternative asset classes
