The Role Responsibilities
Strategy
§ Part of the Structuring team responsible for driving the cross-sell business between Financial Markets and Capital Markets / Corporate Finance. Role involves working with the various business heads and teams in the Capital markets, Corporate Finance and Financial Markets groups in order to identify opportunities to deliver value-added financial solutions to clients on the back of any lending or bond origination activities.
§ Ensure that the Financial Markets product suite is delivered globally on the back of lending and bond origination activities with demonstrable Client focus in support of our objective to become core bank to our clients
Business
§ Identify the changing landscape of the markets and client businesses so as to adapt quickly and effectively and offer the right solutions to clients.
§ Continue to evolve the product suite and solutions on an ongoing basis so as to stay current with the market and competitors in offering financial solutions to clients
§ Enhance the awareness and understanding of the financial markets product suite with the other parts of the Bank (Capital Markets / Corporate Finance and OCC teams) in order to ensure we can offer a holistic solution to clients for their business requirements.
§ Work in partnership with stakeholders to deliver new product and IT development capabilities to enhance efficiency and expansion of the business

• Resilient and enthusiastic personality, positive attitude, willingness to learn and take on responsibilities
• Strong communicator, able to deal and conciliate with sales, traders, CIC, L&C, MTCR and other support functions in geographically diverse locations and in new situations
• Resourceful individual, with the ability to solve problems across businesses, disciplines, functions, jurisdictions, markets, assets.
• A combination of technical (derivatives pricing, Quant Finance, programming, CFA, FRM) and business/finance qualifications is advantageous.
• Previous experience in financial markets in a front office position
