Principal responsibilities

  • Develop a client investment strategy and orchestrate the specialists implementing the strategy, meeting the special needs of the client
  • Assist Relationship Manager to connect with various business and operating functions under the desk and Investment Products and Advisory Business Department of the Bank to exercise risk oversight on their operations to ensure compliance with the relevant laws, rules, codes, regulations and guidelines set by regulators and the Group
  • Support the Relationship Manager by leveraging the entire bank and proactively promoting multi-shoring services, the Investment Bank and Global Asset Management
  • Perform analytical review on various laws, rules, codes, regulations and guidelines and acts as a focal point for different stakeholders in various risk related Regulatory, Group or Audit Projects
  • Support, arrange and coordinates various departments to carry out gap analysis and assist to formulate follow up actions for effective compliance of Regulatory and Group requirements
  • Assist team head to cascade important regulatory and group requirements to internal stakeholders via regular meetings, conference calls and presentation sessions


Requirements
  • University Graduate in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in banking/asset management/securities services, with relevant exposure to fund operations/anti-money laundering/compliance/regulatory bodies/risk management is preferred
  • Knowledge of investment products such as investment funds, bonds, structured products, FX products and Russia connects initiatives is an advantage
  • CAIA and/or CFA certification is a plus
  • Good project management skill and experience in business transformation is preferred
  • Strong presentation skill with knowledge in using various presentation tools (apart from PowerPoint) are an advantage
  • Strong business acumen, detail-oriented and possessing strong analytical skills, able to work independently
  • Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in English, Russian and French
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service process
